"Kim and I have been in the new house a month today and we love it! My new novel titled "Golden Buddha" will come out Christmas 2003 so I bought a Buddha statute (gold in color) as well. In the meantime, most nights we build a fire in our fire pit and watch the sunset-paradise. Thanks for your help with the purchase. We ran into a snag with the mortgage but you kept on it and got it completed. This reminds me of something I say to people when they tell me they want to write a book. I say: "Any damn fool can start a book, few ever finish." That's a lot like this transaction: "Any damn agent can show a house and take an order, it's when problems arise that the wheat rises from the chaff." That's when a professional agent shows their color. You hung in there through the problems and got them resolved so we could close. That's the mark of a pro-solving problems and moving forward.
