This was due to the fact that you had diligently worked for months in order to establish such an excellent rapport with the seller, and she knew you and trusted you to find buyers who would appreciate the home she had built and lived in for 20 years.
When we were having problems with our mortgage broker, you referred us to Orion Mortgage. We switched brokers, and from that point forward it was smooth sailing.

I have known Liz Varney for almost ten years. I first met Liz while buying a townhouse for my daughter who was attending ASU at the time. My daughter gets all the credit for finding this amazing agent.
