We were literally about to give up hope of buying our first house - since the market in Arizona was just out of control. Every single home we were interested in was gone in less than a day, and the sellers usually would get at least $10k over their asking price….whether or not the home was worth that much or even in good condition. Our first encounters with realtors were not great experiences. Then I found both of you…and can see why you are recognized as “The Amazing Agent” Team. You both worked so hard to find properties we liked. When you gave us first crack at an exclusive listing…it turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. To our amazement the bid we put in on the house was accepted in less than an hour. This was due to the fact that you had diligently worked for months in order to establish such an excellent rapport with the seller, and she knew you and trusted you to find buyers who would appreciate the home she had built and lived in for 20 years. When we were having problems with our mortgage broker, you referred us to Orion Mortgage. We switched brokers, and from that point forward it was smooth sailing. Being first time home buyers we appreciated the fact that you held our hands throughout the entire process. Even answering our silly “first-timer” questions…without even a chuckle! Now, a month after the closing – you are still there for us. Making sure that we’re happy with the house, just saying “hello” once in a while, etc. Kudos on the excellent customer service, and relationship building, on which you pride yourselves. We can’t thank you enough!!!!!!
