 Do I have to update my own page?

No! We regularly update your page, and add new content daily! Because Press Like is fully inclusive, all you have to do is email in your personal information, and we will take care of everything else.

 Is my information secure?

Yes! Security is our top priority, and we will never ask for your personal Facebook password for you to take advantage of Press Like. You don't have to worry about your information being compromised, and we won't have admin access to your page. You're in control!

 Do I have to install anything?

No! We created Press Like so you wouldn't have to have a whole I.T. department to run your Facebook Business page! Just link your current page to our software and upload your content in the Member Dashboard.

 How long are your contracts?

There are NO long term contracts or commitments. You can use Press Like month to month, and cancel at any time you'd like!

 Can you handle two agents in one office?

Yes! Because Press Like is 100% tailored to the individuality of each Realtor we represent (Your Listings, Your Testimonial, Your Targeted Market) we can work with multiple agents per city. Whether you are part of a large team, or you're riding solo, it won't slow us down!

 What if I don't like the content?

You will! All content (including this website) is made 100% in house. We don't talk about politics or religion. The work on this website is made by us, so if you like the content on this website, you'll love what we do for you!

 If I have questions, is there someone I can talk to?

Yes! We have an amazing support team who can answer your questions M-F from 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. Just email hello@presslike.com and someone will get back to you within the business day!

 Can I still post on my Business page?

Yes, Press Like is a Fully Managed Real Estate Social Media Experience; however, we do encourage our clients to post at least once a week. If you want to share pictures of your dogs with "Real Estate Life" shirts on it's ok... Go For It! 

 If I cancel my Press Like account, will you remove all of my content?

No, unlike most "social media management" companies, when you cancel your account, you remain the owner of any content we published on your page. But don't worry, before canceling you have the opportunity to "pause" your account, and we'll keep your artwork and logos in our system so you can come back again later!

 Can I have two companies managing my Facebook Business Page?

Yes, while we suggest that most people only use Press Like to run their social media, we also know that some of you have your favorite tools you've used in the past, so we will integrate with most of the top service providers to make your experience even better!

 If I don't like Press Like account, how do I cancel?

Simply Email, hello@presslike.com, or submit your request through the Member Dashboard. No need to call or talk to anyone!
