All Agreements from week/month to week/month begin on the date you agree to subscribe to Amazing Agent LLC. Amazing Agent LLC bills on the first day of the subscription, and you will continue to be billed automatically by direct deduction from the weekly/monthly anniversary of each week/month under the description Amazing Agent LLC. Amazing Agent LLC will not increase your weekly/monthly subscription without your explicit consent. For more information please submit a request through the user dashboard.

Registration. The purchase of certain products and services from Amazing Agent LLC may require registration for a user account (“User Account”). Should you choose to register, you agree to provide true, complete and accurate registration information (“Registration Information”). You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of Registration Information. If you provide any Registration Information that is untrue or inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if Amazing Agent LLC suspects that your Registration Information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, then Amazing Agent LLC may, in its sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or refuse future access to Amazing Agent LLC. Registration Information will be subject to the Amazing Agent LLC Privacy Policy (which is incorporated by reference herein). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy and security of any personal or User Account Information. You are responsible and liable for any conduct on Amazing Agent LLC under your User Account. Amazing Agent LLC is not responsible for any unauthorized use of your User Account. If you believe there has been unauthorized use of your User Account, you must notify Amazing Agent LLC immediately. Only the authorized license user is permitted to use the password protected account within Amazing Agent LLC. If anyone loans or discloses their Username and Password or otherwise knowingly or unknowingly allows unauthorized access into the fee-based products, the original site license holder shall be responsible for and will be billed for any and all purchases an unauthorized user makes on Amazing Agent LLC.

You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in Oregon, County of Klamath and/or Central District of Oregon in all disputes arising out of or relating to accessing or using of the Amazing Agent LLC Family. Access or use of the Amazing Agent LLC Family is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Amazing Agent LLC as a result of the Terms of Use or accessing or using the Amazing Agent LLC Family. Amazing Agent LLC performance under the Terms of Use is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in the Terms of Use is in derogation of Amazing Agent LLC right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your access or use of the Amazing Agent LLC Family or information provided to or gathered by Amazing Agent LLC with respect to such use.

IN NO EVENT SHALL AMAZING AGENT LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION: DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE AMAZING AGENT LLC FAMILY, WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE AMAZING AGENT LLC FAMILY OR RELATED SERVICES, THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY CONTENT, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE AMAZING AGENT LLC FAMILY, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE AMAZING AGENT LLC FAMILY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF MOVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES. ANY SERVICES OR CONTENT MADE AVAILABLE OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE AMAZING AGENT LLC FAMILY, AND ALL OTHER USE OF THE AMAZING AGENT LLC FAMILY, IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS THEREFROM. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE MOVE NETWORK, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE AMAZING AGENT LLC FAMILY.
